Google AI Case Study Pages

Partnering with UseAllFive, I reframed Google AI case studies as clear, executive-facing narratives. By reducing complexity and focusing each page around a single idea, I created a scalable system that translates technical work into something immediate, legible, and easy to share.

The Challenge

Google AI case studies are complex by nature, but the way they were presented made them harder to quickly understand or share.

The content was rich, but lacked clarity, hierarchy, and immediacy. For executive audiences, that creates friction.

If the story isn’t clear within seconds, it doesn’t get used.
The Objective

Design a system of case study pages that turn complex AI work into clear, high-impact narratives.

Each page needed to:

• Communicate a single idea immediately
• Feel consistent yet distinct
• Be easy to scan, understand, and share

Users

Primary

• Executives evaluating impact and relevance
• Stakeholders communicating initiatives across teams

Secondary

‍•
Internal teams referencing work
• External audiences encountering Google AI at a high level

These users do not read linearly. They scan, interpret, and decide quickly.

Approach

The work reframed each case study as a focused narrative surface, not a document.

• Hero-first messaging
A single statement anchors each page instantly

• Concept-driven language
Abstract AI capabilities are translated into human ideas

• Reduction over complexity
Only the most important information remains

• Consistent visual system
Minimal layouts, controlled color, and strong hierarchy

The Solution

A set of executive-ready pages that communicate complex work clearly and immediately.

Each page is designed to stand alone, requiring no additional context to understand the core idea.

Outcomes

• Faster understanding
• Stronger perceived impact
• Easier sharing across teams
• A scalable system for future case studies
